Deluxe Framed Team Picture

Team picture with beautiful black wood frame, non-glare UV resistent glass, acid free mounting (single matt with v-groove and red Iron N), 48 by 14 inches. About the team pictures: Dick Blomgren black & white team photo's were a Husker tradition from 1949 to 2003, when the special film requirements for the unique 1908 Folmer Schwing pivoting camera made it impossible to continue the series. Each year during picture day the team would line up on a taped semi circle and the camera would rotate for 20 seconds while Dick shouted for the players to be still while the camera was on them. Dick would painstakingly hand process the giant 5 foot film and apply the names of all players and coaches to the finished picture, along with the year and any significant accomplishments from the season.
